RBI, ROC and IT need more time which is granted till 21st Sept 2011.
AISPA PIL which is against ROC, MCA, EOW. Its hearing is over, in which EOW was not present and MCA and ROC asked for 14 more days for submission of its Final report, which has been granted saying its the Final Extension. No Evidence found against SAOL yet.

I have checked lots of negative comments in our website, I don’t know why you people still not believing our SpeakAsia…

latest example is none other than humaari company Speak Asia. Kaise? ye
batata hun.. par before that few things are very neccessary
for you all to know. How many of us know about ” Kunal Pathak “..? i believe
very few except few seniors leaders. This person was a
owner of Speak Asia’s one of the departments namely ‘ MARCOM ‘. this dept
was responsible to take care of SAOL’s media activities and this person {
kunal pathak } was known by Mr.Manoj kumar from last 10 years so he was
given this responsibility.Even Mr.Vivek Gautam hope you all remember was
also a part of Mr.Kunal’s MARCOM who started all the miscommunications from
Day 1. i.e from Goa fest.When SAOL found the reason behind the
miscommunication was none other than MARCOM,as it should be done SAOL
cancelled Kunal pathak’s Contract with our company.i.e. speak asia.

I have a question regarding the news of Court asking EOW to sit with SAOL management and decide how the panelist would be paid.

Which officials of SpeakAsia or management are going to have meeting with EOW?

Tarak Bajpai (COO) is in jail and does not want to come out as Andhra Pradesh CID and police of other states are waiting to arrest him.
Haren Kaur is wanted by CID of Andhra Pradesh and by EOW and is hiding in Singapore.
Manoj Kumar is wanted by CID of Andhra Pradesh and by EOW and is hiding in Dubai.

Guys, to me it look like Ashok along with the rest of SAOL is taking us for a ride. For all u know SAOL must have already bought him up. If SAOL intentions are good the least they can do at this point of time is hold a press conference. They owe this much at least to the panelist, as far as I know these guys r just buying time, one fine day they will just pack their bags and disappear. The govt bodies are just making things complicated. The first action should be to ensure that all the panelist get their money back and then they can take their own sweet time

    I am also an investor. If SAOL had intension of running away they could have done long back when they had nearly Rs 1500 Crore in their account. Judiciary & RBI is Taking Time. SAOL had requested to release the frozen account to pay the pannelists who want exit. But RBI has not given permission. wait for some time.

Please allow me to place before you the story from the affected 20 lakhs panelists’ view point.

* February/March 2010 Speakasiaonline Pte. Ltd. (SAOL) a company registered in Singapore starts its operation in India.Basically Speak Asia registration in SingaporeWith Number of 200618809D

* Speak Asia Online Line (SAOL) starts their operation as a Paid Surveys Provider company, in its first or its launch phase, and its tag line was “We Value your Opinion”. As When People Joined and Answers the Surveys they get Paid .

* Because of the unique idea combined with aggressive field support from the company, SAOL grew at a phenomenon speed and in short time of less than a year SAOL panel size grew to a whopping 20 lakh panelists.

* The huge size of the SAOL family along with a pan India presence spread over every demographic
possible made it the biggest provider of survey panels on the international panel exchanges.

* All the panelists have always been paid promptly and regularly by the company till the
12th May, 2011, But on 11th May A news Channel Named “Star News” show a news Star News Exposes Speak Asia and and Some of the Politicians such as Kirit Somaya as Letter by Dr. Kirit Somaiya Against Speak Asia on 18 May 2011 .On 16th We ( SAOL ) arrange speak asia press conference where all our Speak Asia Management Including Mr. Manoj Kumar CEO , Tarak Bajpai ( COO ) , Narayanan Rajagopalan , Mr. Vivek Gautam ( Chief Marketing Officer ) , Sanjeev Mehta ( Country Head Sales ) and Sanjeev Dwived. In This Press Conference Mr . Narayanan Rajagopalan Speak Asia Explained About Paid Surveys and try to Understand the Speak Asia Business Model But after that the bank accounts were closed by the company bankers
M/s United Overseas Bank, Singapore, on 27th May, 2011 probably due to the cautionary circular
sent out by the RBI vide circular No. DBS.CO.PPD No.16237/11.01.005/2010-11 dated 23rd May, 2011.

* SAOL has been approaching the RBI and various other appropriate agencies to seek permission for
establishing their permanent establishment and for restarting the operations and restarting the payments to their panelists (us).

* An Individual not connected to SAOL filed a criminal PIL in the Mumbai high court against the Government of Maharashtra, seeking directions to the police to set up a suitable mechanism to avoid any sort of internet fraud to safeguard gullible small time investors.

* The Hon. High Court presided by her ladyship Justice Ranjana Desai was pleased to instruct the EOW to file their affidavit on the mechanism in place to safeguard the investors. She had made some observations which were prime facie observations not in any way pointing to the SAOL.

* The EOW erred in their interpretation of the Hon. Ladyship and started investigating SAOL with a vengeance. The investigation arises out of a FIR filed by one Mr. Khosla, who has been a panelist of the company and has been regularly getting paid by the company till the bank accounts were closed in May, 2011.

* Some FIRs have been filed by few aggrieved panelists all over the country. It is not the case of any complainant that they have not received payments before the bank account was unfortunately closed down.

* SAOL is on record and are committed to restart the payments as soon as the banking channels are restored.

* This sudden stoppage of operations and stoppage of payments of SAOL has adversely affected us the 20 lakh Indians who are the panelists of the company.

All the 20 lakh Panelists had joined the business module to enhance their earnings and see a positive change in their living standards and until May 2011 have experienced the fruits of this association many of whom have experienced a total positive change in their life style.

* It has been almost three months since the monies have freezed up and still all the panelists (barring a few who have complained) are patiently waiting and support the company’s endeavor to get out of the problems and restart the operations.

* The present Association is formed, based and arising, out of support E mails received from all over the country.

* Speak Asia Association has filed a Speak Asia PIL before the Hon. High Court at Mumbai. Which is now posted for 7th September, 2011, When the Government of Maharashtra is to file its reply.

* Some of the panelists have independently moved the Supreme court and are in the process of filing a PIL before the Hon. Supreme Court asking for ad interim relief and prayed that the monies which are seized by the authorities in India be brought under the custody of the Supreme court and under its supervision be distributed amongst the panelists.

* Important to note here that between Genx Bazaar GOA 9 – 11 May 2011organized one of the
biggest consumer gathering under the name and style of Gen X held in Baga, Goa.

* Gen X saw various reputed brands like, Provouge, Reebok, Gitanjali jewellery, American Tourister,
Samsonite, IFB Electronics, Flying Machine, TVC skyshop, and Skoda Automobiles to name a few,
display their wares for the Speakasians to purchase. A whopping over Rs. 4 to 5 crores were transacted in one day of shopping making it a record single day shopping record.

* The end of Gen X was to usher in the company’s ambitious second phase and the tag line now is “Consumer empowerment”

* The company has grown from being a survey based company and is now into as they call the 5th ‘P’ of marketing i.e. PRECISION MASS MARKETING.

* This second phase was to unleash a revolutionary phase where the company was planning to use this humongous size of its panelists and use their purchasing power to provide the panelists with international quality of products at prizes which were half of what these products are presently available at.

  This is Sanjay From Pune. I am surprised to read your views. Are u still keep faith on SAOL.?Before writing this you should think about the 20 Million people those who are already investors in SAOL.
  SAOL HAVE CHEATED THE GOVERNMENT AND ALSO 20 LACS MORE PENALISTS IN INDIA.
  We are the middle class people were invested to get some return, but what SAOL did?. So i suggest u to go to the jail and meet with Tarak Bajpayee and some other key members and ask to pay back our money by any way. Noe need to march on the road or any where in favour of SAOL. Red Corner Notices for 7 Speak Asia Office Bearers
This is on of the latest and breaking news for all Speak Asian a you will not be happy to listen to this news. According to latest news which is published in Times of India, Red corner notices against seven office-bearers have been issued. And Investigations into the Speak Asia Online have revealed that the online survey firm duped over 24 lakh investors across the country and it had its head office in Mumbai itself, and not Singapore, as reported earlier. Now this news is clearly saying that Speak Asia has its office in Mumbai but when asked by Speak Asia online, they said we don’t have any office in Mumbai. The police said the firm had transferred Rs 1,000 crore from India to Singapore. They said the fraud amount has crossed Rs 2,276 crore, but going by the number of investors, it could be over Rs14,000crore.

Economic offences wing (EOW) additional commissioner of police Rajvardhan said, “We have seized two Mercedes cars belonging to its Indian chief, Manoj Kumar Sharma, currently in Dubai, and a panelist. We are trying to find out the banks where transactions took place. Our teams are also working on forensic accounting to establish it.”

The EOW had arrested chief operating officer, Tarak Bajpai, 36, and his colleagues Rajeev Mehrotra, technical head for the portal, Shaikh Rais Latif, 32, an assistant for portal operations and in-charge of regular pop-ups,Ravi Janakraj Khanna, 44,finance accountant, and Deepankar Sarkar. They are in the Thane(rural) police’s custody.

According to the News police has frozen 60 Bank account in which Rs 150 crore were there and the 2 Mercedes are valued Rs.1.30 Crore and The police have found the flow of over Rs 1,000 crore to the United Bank of Singapore. “The firm has started a new web site, claiming the cops are allowing them to continue business. They are lying, to cheat investors. While people are coming forward, most don’t want to lodge complaints, hoping to get their money back,” said the officer.

SAOL the revelution company in Indian region is in trouble for last couple of months when the media founded them as a money circulation scheme. Although still it is not proved that it is a full money circulation scheme although the media attacked SAOL through their writings, Not only writings, now some of the media man are involved against SAOL with a hidden goal.
eBizToppers observed that because of SAOL, the other survey, advertising online companies are in trouble when SAOL stopped paying to their panelist, rather say when Singapore based a bank which is related with SAOL payment system, disagreed to pay to the SAOL’s panelist, SAOL falled in trouble.

Some Govt. agencies are found against SAOL and trying to probe that SAOL is a money circulation scheme on the other hand SAOL management are trying to probe their business is not a money circulation scheme. Now actually who are facing the problem?
1. Is the SAOL management facing the real problem?
2. Are the SAOL panelists facing the real problem?
3. Are the Govt. agencies facing the real problem?

1. Yes they are facing problem because they have to fight with media, with the govt. agencies, above all the pressure of their panelists.
2. The the facing the real problem because they are the investors ( I would say investor because some leader of SAOL said that) who are losing their own earned money.
3. They are doing their duties, they are not facing any problem. They are enjoying with sorrow of SAOL panelist. ( I am saying this because till now no Govt. Agency offers to payback the SAOL’s panelists money/invest). Who will tell these?

I am sure SAOL’s panelist’s forum are trying their best (according to them) but I read Ashok ji’s articles. I found him as SAOL’s leader not the panelist’s leader. Most of his writings he always support SAOL management’s activities.
But why?
Is he or his association not finding any wrong of SAOL’s management? ( May be NO) if yes then why he always praises the SAOL’s management? All are interesting! Dubious!

I have no intention to attack anybody! But I want everybody should be responsible. All are playing with panelist’s money. If the case runs for 6-12 months then everything will be gone….. who will be the real looser? Media? Govt?
