    माननीय उच्चतम न्यायालय के द्वारा WP 383 /2011 में पारित सभी आदेशो को एक साथ गंम्भीरता से पड़ने और उनका प्रभाव और उद्दयेश समझे तो एक बात साफ नजर आती है ” सभी देय धनराशी की गणना करने और धनराशी जमा कराने का आदेश किये जाने अब कोई रूकावट नहीं हो सकती है … यह कार्य संभवत 30 अप्रैल से पहले होने की पूर्ण आशा है .. !!!

SO WHY WE ARE CREATING SO MANY COMPLECATED SITUATION AMONG OURSELVES RATHER WAITING THE FINAL JUDGEMENT OF SUPREME COURT.STILL IT IS NOT CLEAR WHO IS RIGHT OF WHO IS WRONG.     What if on 30th April , we get new dates ?
    What if , case got extended beyond SC summer vaction , ie SC reopens on 2nd July 2012 only ?

    Let’s all take action plan for ourselves for the coming months.
    I lost all my HOPES on 2nd April itself ,
    I don’t see any vision on 30th April 2012 ?

          I agree with you.but why this silence stance by the company.Why is Haren Kaur such a mystery?
          If she has nothing to hide then she can also issue replies,statements ,clarifications.Do not forget there are thousands of crores involved and the owners are outside India and the company is not registered in India.This is a fact that the panelists did not know.We all thought that the company was registered in India.They are now talking of PE.But tell me how can PE be possible with the matter still in court?
          All their replies are vague and even the legal team does not issue any reports or statements.

            Since the last update, there are several issues we would like to address and clarify with our valued panelists. It is important that you understand our position and the actions we are taking.

            Media Reports
            The Times of India reported recently that we have sister companies that have been investigated for fraud. There is no truth in this and we categorically deny that SpeakAsia has anything to do with either of these companies. The companies mentioned are Red Carpet and Index AdMatrix. As for Seven Rings International, they were the publisher of the E-Zine magazine which was distributed by HVP. SpeakAsia has no interest, commercial or otherwise, in any of their operations. The reports in the Times of India are false and seem to be motivated by certain vested interests. We have, on more than one occasion, offered to clarify our positions regarding the various issues with the Times of India, but unfortunately, our offer was not accepted.

            Exit Policy
            As you are aware, we have submitted a list of all those members who have opted to exit to the learned mediator. The Mediator, accordingly had instructed the EOW and Mumbai Police (which still had in possession our company’s data and server) to return the database of our members to the Mediator for the disbursement process to commence. However, the EOW and Mumbai Police have filed an affidavit in the Supreme Court refusing to submit the data to the Mediator. We have also filed an appeal against this action. Once this issue is resolved, we will resume the process of implementing the exit policy

            Resumption of Business
            The company has also initiated various steps for the resumption of our business.     IN REPLY TO THE ABOVE LIE BY MAYA :
    The update only says about the restrictions put on towards Tarak.Haren was never arrested.And if there is any restriction on Tarak then the company can issue a press statement through other directors or even Haren kaur !

    I really don’t understand why these angry comments against Zamone? Zamone like other panelists needs his money back. He is not going to achieve anything by misleading panelists. When Zamone speaks about further action, why a new character called Maya is intervening? Maya is normally a female name and look at the language that is being used. Maya is not a panelist. It is a character created to tackle Zamone. Zamone we are with you!

    Dear panelists see how the top upliners are now jittery. I have been saying for a few days now that Haren Kaur should be brought to Justice via Interpol.Earlier they blocked my messages.Now all was OK since no one was seconding my oppinion.But please notice ,since I have got support from just one person,they have brought Maya to counter my suggestions by only using foul language.Thats it!! they have no other explanation .Remember ,mobi had earlier asked not to write directly to SAOL officials .Now they are in the mud slinging tactic.

      I am so glad that my message is getting across.Many have tried derailing the topic,by weird theories of being positive, PE,posting video clips etc. Please let all bloggers know the truth so they wake up from fantasy land and realise that Haren Kaur is to be brought to Justice.       How do you what the advocates of SAOL are doing.Are you their personal friend ? They have not even given a press release! The counsel is in mourning as his father passed away so he sent his juniors and they came back with a new date! Ofcourse the lawyers are getting paid,but we the panelists need money.The only way is to file an Interpol complaint against Haren Kaur,She is the real culprit and she is enjoying outside India.
