Hello friends,
It is very rare that I post anything on Face Book, but my attention was drawn to some posts appearing on the Facebook over the last couple of days and I was aghast to see that some panelists have started doubting the company initiatives. I was also saddened that in an utter failure of some group admins they have allowed posts demeaning the Company Management and even mock our Babbar Sher.
I strongly object to this and urge all group admins to be more vigilant in administrating their groups so that the company initiatives are not doubted upon.
There is a question being cast upon the authenticity on the company official blog spot www.speakasiaonlinemarketing.blogspot.com I attempt to clarify as below:
1. The name of the Blog Spot is Speakasiaonline.marketing, but the address is speakasiaonlinemarketing.blogspot.com. Check the name on top of the Blog page.
2. When you type the complete address with .com it gets automatically redirected to .in because we are going on the blogspot from india and .in is related to the Indian domain so this is normal with blogspots not with website.
3. I wish to take this family down memory lane and remind you of the information shared with us through the company blog spot as follows
(In descending order)
a. 8th May: The Blog Spot warns us about the fraudulent www.speakasiaexit.com
b. 26th April: Asks us to keep a few Documents ready ahead of possible early restart
c. 6th April: Warns us about not giving any info to www.customercarenumber,net.in
d. 3rd April: Announces the 4 Mail Id’s for each zone respectively.
e. 1st March: Announces EXIT OPTION and the website handling the EXIT
f. 25th October: Puts up for all to see the legal notice sent to TOI by Phoenix Legal
g. 18th October: Announce Corcom@Speakaisamarketing,com & marcom@Speakaisamarketing,com
h. 23rd September: Urging all panelists to consider the Blogspot as the only official medium of communication.
i. 19th September: Bringing to our notice the meeting of Company Officials with the RBI
j. 12th September: Announcing the website for EXIT www.speakasiamarketing.com
k. 2nd September: Letter from the Chairperson informing us about the SC matter.

I am really surprised how after so long many Panelists doubt the established Company channel of Communication and they have no qualms about calling themselves dedicated Speakasians.
I know many of us are getting restless at the continuous delay in the matter but in this anxiety we fail to appreciate that the company is fighting tooth and nail at every forum and we panelists need to continue and stand in support of the company initiatives as this is the only way we can say to the company that we appreciate their efforts.

    What happened on 06 02 2012…. SC came up with a +ve decision in favour of panelists (and we all were expecting restart by mid march 2012)…. since then it has been almost 3 months and SAOL did not march a single foot forward….except FAKE EXIT FORM…..

    Friends I have maintained from day 1 that SAOL is a FRAUD Company….. as stated earlier promoters of the co have left the country…. leaving behind a able legal team to fight for them till v all are frustrated and 1 fine day give up. Couple of decisions in SAOL favour will only clear the road for EXIT payment….. however restart of business seems unlikely in near future…. AISPA is fighting for us so that we can get some of the invested money back…. even they r aware at the back of there mind that we dont have any company in the name of SAOL

    Even on 8 August 2012 we will get new date and v all will be waiting for that date…. its almost a year …. 365 days of emotional/mental fight is really a big thing for middle (common man) class people who has n number of things to deal with…. job / household / social life / professional life / upbringing of family / children / there education / financial condition … as a common man we cant afford to wait too long ……….. think for couple of minutes….. IS OUR WAIT WORTHWHILE …. why r we wasting our precious time for this FRAUD company …. if we have lost money …. its OK …. life has not come to a stand still …. we have to move on and On in life …. that’s how life is …….
