The AP matter listed for 02/07 in the Hon’ble Sc is now showing on 05/07/2012
Justice Ghose from WB HC was sworn in as acting CJ of Hyderabad HC on 25th of June and the assignments of the benches will change from next week hopefully .In our opinion the matter will be pressed for hearing in Hon’ble Hyderabad Hc only after the fate of the hearing is available of 7509 in Hon’ble SC on 5th now
