Good Morning Speakasians,

I take this opportunity on this pious day of GURU PURNIMA to wish all of you the very best in life.

Most of us have borne this long and tedious journey of our fight for ensuring business restart and still maintained our composer only because we have approached each and every milestone in this journey will full faith and confidence but without any expectations.

Expectations are what brings discontentment and we have steered away from any expectations till now.

Today is an important milestone in our legal journey. Today in the Bombay High Court the AISPA writ is scheduled to be heard and there are three applications which are scheduled to be disposed off as follows:

1. Application No. 322: Criminal Application for SUO MOTU Contempt filed by AISPA.
2. Application No. 300: Application preferred by EOW for vacating the STAY in the matter.
3. Application No. 118: Filed by AISPA for reinstating the Association as the petitioners.

WRIT 3611 may not be heard today as such there is a small chance of the FIR getting quashed, but if the above applications are disposed off and if they are in our favour it will be a great positive for us and will see us move a huge step forward.

I wish to remind my Speakasian family that most of us are only interested in BUSINESS RESTART and that is why our main focus should only be towards this; all matters pending in the various courts are to be looked at as steps we need to take to reach the final destination of BUSINESS RESTART.

I will share a detailed update today evening or by tomorrow on aispa.co.in, on the happenings in the Bombay High Court today.
