Some important points related to all applications of AISPA writ 3611/2011 in Hon. High Court, Mumbai.

Dear Speakasians,

Here is some important points related to all applications of AISPA writ 3611/2011 in Hon. High Court, Mumbai.

1. Please remember that registration date of association is 3rd Feburary 2012 under the name of Speakasia Panelist Association Of India. Earlier it was known as All India Speakasia Panelist Association. Because AISPA coud not get the registration on it’s initial name so new name was provided and was registered with the same. AISPA is a short name that are using for reference only. After that AISPA submitted the application APP118/2012 on 14th Feburary 2012 under the writ 3611/2011 for name intro.
2. EOW Mumbai submitted the application on 30th May 2012 to vacate the stay on investigation of Speakasia under the same writ. Because the stay on the investigation is also under this writ.

3. Association submitted the application APWST322/2012 on 19th June 2012 of Contempt of court on Rajvardhan Sinha & Othrs. Because Times Of India published false news on 16th June that the stay is vacate by the Hon. High Court, Mumbai.

Every person can check these happenings at the website of Hon. High Court, Mumbai. As all can see that there is two application by the association. One is for new name intro because old name was not given to association by the concerned authorities. So it was legally required to file the application and it was subimitted on 14th Feb 2012. Second application is related to contempt of court. It will give more strength and also how can one be given the right to give false news again & again. Such false news will create more problems & disturbe the panelists all over the country.

Now it’s clear that the any delay is not because of any application. All was legally important & required as AISPA is dealing with huge numbers of panelists & working for larger interest of Speakasians with broader vision.

One such strong fort is being constructed which can never be damaged.
Battle is not yet won. So please avoid giving any such statements can land in embarrassment and is a threat to our unity.

      Uptill now none of the SAOL upliners have kept their promise.Otherwise we would have got paid.Our money is not being paid and if anyone asks for it,then we are described as negative.

    Mr.zamone there are no laws regarding taking the money outside india, all they did was within the law, they paid all taxes and fees required by RBI. all international large transaction dnt go without the supervision of the RBI. if it was illegal RBI would not let them take any amount in the 1st place. the model was such that no permanent office was required.its an e-business,v have millions of facebook users whr indian adds r displayed but all revenu goesto the us. ill give u an example there was a company called add matrix which was registered in india and had a permanent office in mumbai. i was a part of that , though having all this gov documents they ran away with all money. media nor did the gov do any thing abt dat. registration and P.E had nothing to do with this.add matrix still ran away, tell me y soal dint run away ? they had lots of time. all main officials r in singapore they have all the money. y r they fighting the case putting more big amounts to restart the company ? even a well known company like Amway faced problems in some states . it was band. but through legal system which took time they won and nw u c Amway add every day and many people are doing it. if u understand our business model ull know there is nothing wrong with.

    Mr. zamone i am copy pasting my work because u have not even answered 1 question ! u keep saying only 50 cr in the S.C in india ! but u r wrong again there is 140 cr more. so its almost 200 cr in total in india. the company wanted to give more money but the S.C dint ask now u go and file an FIR against them asking y they dint ask for more money. its evry easy to say u have made your money so ur laid back.no i am not laid back and u have no right to say dat. for god and my downline knows i am doing more work than u to start the company.i have a big team and 1 one person has called me for his money ! and Mr. manoj kumar has nt given any statements as the matter is judicial and i have explained it in my previous post. the reason y he is not comming to india is that if he comes now he will be taken in jail for investigation , the EOW will ask for more time to the court and the matter will get even more delayed. Mr zamone u sound like a very smart person but i fail to understand how you dnt understand such things like court proceedings etc. Ashok ji tell us to have pateince because there are thousands of cases which go on for years. our case is moving very fast because 12L panelst are waiting. but the gov is taking its time cuz once they give a clean chit they cannot do any thing. and for ur info Mr. Ashok ji has not even made a single penny but still fighting for our rights and the company and i am with him. he is not like you lazy sitting in one place crying for his money and asking other people to file an FIR.

        here are my answers to Mr.swami. 1) the company and aispa has filed cases and are fighting . till the court does not give a clearance nothing can be done as the server is with EOW who refuse to give it , they refuse to come to court on given date and and ask for more time to delay the matter.EOW has not presented any solid evidence against the company. there is no chargesheet filed yet.what does all this say ???? 2) the company has not declared yet whr the reg is going to b from bcuz they dnt have clearance yet from Gov authorities. and cannot make and statements regarding the same as matter is judicial and any thing the they say can b used against them in the court of law. 3,4 &5 whr is the office ? rented or not dosent matter at this point. 1st the court has to give us clearence. watch the video of the meeting in delhi and u will have ans to those que but remember company cannot do the same without courts approval. the company has not said ant thing abt RP’s those r rumors dnt talk abt what has not happend. they dint say u wont get money and u will have to become a YUG saleman instead . the company cannot give time it will take to restart only court and gov can cuz they r the ones who stoped it plz ask them use court methods and RTI go do some work your self. there are indian employees of soal but they cannot re reviled cuz the matter is judicial they have no power to make statements or promise any thing so its no use. and knowing people like u they will go and trouble them and call them asking when the company will start when will v get our money every day. the only important person in india is Mr Tarak ji and that should be more than enough cuz knowing more names will do us no good. manoj kumar is still working with soal ! who told u he is not ?

    These are all excellent questions that I am sure are in the minds of most SAOL Panellists. The answers? Well, some answers have already been given back in the old days, so to say, but that hardly helps us now. So what are the optins for us all here?
    The company cannot give us the required answers here as this site is not a company site; this said, AISPA is also not an official source for the company and cannot give the answers to such detailed and relevant admin questions and we have a ‘Catch 22′ situation. Are there answers? Yes, of course there are answers; what are the answers? Well, again we have the difficulty of authenticity: could tell you what I perceive and think as a senior panellist and experienced network marketing person, but then I would be in breach of my commitment to the company to not make statements on their behalf concerning admin matters.
    Being patient is a relative concept that various people have in various amounts to dispense in their lives, so it cannot be a cure-all sedative to give to us at this point. We are patient and will remain so until the final hour of clear outcome. In the meantime, as I suggested previously in a post here, why not get ourselves together and start a forum discussion as to what remedies can be supported by us in the approach to restart?
    Let us not ‘belly ache’ with complaints, but start to make groups in the various areas and downlines that meet and discuss solutions and professional methods required by restart realities and then submit the results of such meetings and again submit those to the company for consideration and response as AISPA membership!!! Surely the company would realize the united voice of AISPA and the power that holds and then we shall see if they respond accordingly. What say you?

        *HA! Zamone, my dear friend, what would you suggest we do? Attack someone? I am telling you why I wait, and it is up to you to do as you believe you should do. The reasons for waiting does not make the waiting time less, but it does make the waiting time easier to pass and that is the secret of patience in waiting: to do something else while you wait. In SAOL’s case, panellists should start to make groups and meetings to prepare and make suggestions to the company admin regarding what they as a professional company marketing body and co-investors into the company (sort of shareholders you could say) have in mind regarding the process of restart and its mechanics. That is what I am saying.*

        *So why not get out of the rut most of SAOL Panellists have been in for so long and beging to make constructive contributions towards the restart process, which are worthy of our identity as the marketing body of SAOL and the company’s reason for being in the first place? What say you?*

            Zamone! You are not realistic about the business aspect of this situation and talk nonsense! Of course we want to get our money back and with interest or say, profit. So why harp on that? Have you understood nothing of what I wrote? Are you a serious panellist or just a troublemaker, bored with the wait to restart the business? If you are just enjoying yourself at the expense of other panellists and want to make cute remarks, please do not contact me or reply to my comments any longer, as I have short patience for idiocy and arrogance. This is a serious matter for me and my family and our downlines, and we do not want to waste either your or our own time with frivolity and silly empty remarks!

            Should you be interested to discuss serious business aspects of restart, I am interested; however, stupid remarks like ‘I say give us our money back…’ is not worthy of further commentary.
