Good Evening Speakasians just like to share few points here !!!

We need to wait for the outcome on 18th Jul as the matter was listed in high court on 3rd Jul along with other application attached to it…The God of justice will thoroughly study our case and we can expect to get some kind of favourable outcome depending on hearing on that day…

Hyderabad matter SLP7509 for which 4 weeks time has been granted to the respondent to file the affidavit and computerized date will be automatically fixed…This case refers to the freezed account of franchisee and is not related to restart or payment of the business

Raigad and thane case on 10th Jul for which the status shows final disposal this case does not means that it will get quashed…the date can be extended on 10th jul as this case refers to Fir which was done in thane and raigad and our company has filed a case in high court for quashing the Fir(connected matters)…On the basis or outcome which shall come on 18th jul this case will get quashed…

AP high court the matter is still not listed as the bench is suppose to get changed and once the new bench is assigned the date will be listed for AP case in high Court refers to Tarak Bajpai and 4 others…

8th Aug Writ 383 will be for final hearing on the exit matter and other applications which has been assigned for…affidavit from cbdt and tax calculation and eow to submit the data all will be heard on this day…Lets see what outcome comes on that day…

After analyzing everything all we can say the battle for our victory is coming to an end…however all things are going in our favour till now and we shall feel the fragrance of the victory soon which will be long lasting and worth of our patience and struggle that have hurted us many times…
