assurance that on 08 Aug 2012 there will some GOOD NEWS for all SPEAK
ASIANS …… What is going on and what will happen I Dont understand.
What is the real picture? Will anyone clarify? We had so many cases
lined up in JULY 2012. Not a single case has been heard so far, only

TUESDAY 10 JULY 2012Speak Asia files writ petition against RBI in Mumbai high courtMumbai high court had ordered RBI last year in June to assess Speakasia’s module and if found legal to permit it and then RBI had meetings with SAOL and Company also provided whatever documents that were asked by RBI .
Since no response has been received from RBI. RBI ne meetings toh kar li par apna nazariya likhit mein nahin de rahi hai. speak asia files writ petition against RBI in mumbai high court WPL/1695/2012 Filing Date:-04/07/2012

10 July 2012 there was a CASE in MUMBAI High Court for FINAL DISPOSAL
…. but it got postponed to 07 08 2012. If this case @ final stage can
be postponed then WP383/11 at SC on 08 08 2012 for FINAL Disposal can
also get postponed to 08 09 12 or 08 10 2012….As per legal terms FINAL
DISPOSAL of a case can be heard by JUDGE in 2 to 3 hearings. Under such
circumstances there is every possibility that on 08 08 12 we all will
get a NEW DATE and nothing else…. so STAY tuned with JAI SAPEAK ASIA !

As you can see instead of concentrating for restart or the company an PE new cases are coming up. This will surly increase the time to resolve the situation.

My two questions are still unanswered:

1) If WP 383 is for all the panelists why court accepted intervention application by some panelists besides the original petitioners?

2) We all know that Podium Ring International is a holding company of Speakasia but who is the person owns it.
