    For the same information you have given in example How we will know if it is true or false? Is it always necessary to see it by yourself to be true?

    I will say NO. You don’t need to see everything by yourself for something to be true IF …
    (1) it can be verified by a third party
    (2) you can verify the same thing that (1) has verified by visiting the same place or examining the same record
    (3) the information contain some values that are facts OR
    (4) it should site some source from where the information is gathered
    (5) the source of the information should not be under any investigation i.e. it should be an independent source

    So tell me how many updates we are getting can be verified to be true?

    Initially WP 383 was going to solve everything. Now, it only a civil matter. Nobody right now is saying clearly that it doesn’t cover all the panelists. Whoever is giving updates about court cases should stop giving their personal opinion. Mr. Ashok Bahirwani said he is in contact with company’s lawyers so instead of giving their personal opinion people should ask either Speakasia’s lawyers or AISPA lawyer before posting anything about court matters.

    I will say they should act responsibly and not to confuse panelists by providing half baked information and personal opinions.

        ya must be hopeful. ummid per hi sab nirbhar he. Ek gadhe ne doosrey gadhe se apne maalik ki shikayat ki, mera malik bahut zaalim he bahut kaam leta he aur maarta bhi he to doosrey gadhe ne kaha tu is maalik ko chor kiyon nehi deta, pahle wale ne kaha ki mera malik jab apni larki (daughter) per gussa hota he to usse kahta he ki teri shaadi men kisi gadhe se kar doonga bus isi ummid per ruka hua hoon ki shayad aisa ho jai. To bus humen bhi aise hi ummid rakhni chahiye.
