AISPA highlight

This is the full text of AISPA highlight. Please check the update on www.aispa.co.in

  • The Company SAOL matter against RBI did not reach its listing yesterday.
  • The computer generated next date is showing as 3rd August, 2012.
  • It is reliably learnt that the company’s counsel’s may move the court for an early hearing in the matter by mentioning it before the bench of  Honorable SHRI JUSTICE D.D. SINHA and Honorable SMT. JUSTICE V.K. TAHILRAMANI within the next couple of days.
  • AISPA will keep its members informed about the developments.
  • AISPA WP/3611 is listed today in court Room No. 13 of Honorable SHRI JUSTICE A.M. KHANWILKAR and Honorable SHRI JUSTICE A. R. JOSHI at S.no 56 effectively meaning the matter is listed at S.No 64 as there are 8 matters on the supplementary List.Best of luck for all Speakasians.

    I havnt got ne money from speakasai from the date I join the company ..but stil iam with speakasai bcoz I knw diz company is gng to cum bck soon and is gng to create a history and give shelter to all the poor and neede people .. And most to the handicap people who cn easly get money by juz solving surveys..and they cn proudly say dat m wrking vt best company speakasai :-)..so al my dear frnds and respectd elders .. Suport speakasai and live ur dreams..juz belil mre patient :-)and m sure v r creating history soon:-D .. Jai speakasai.

    even i agree with u , but do u see a way out other than waitin ? me n my team have decided that the last date for us is 8th august , if notin happens by that time we are goin to file a FIR and recover our money back , like Mr.Khosla did …let me know if u n ur team are also thinkin on same lines

      FIR is the last option for me. If I receive reply for my doubts then no further action.

      In the beginning it was like “We value your opinion!” and now? It appears nobody cares anything. Whatever you ask to anyone you will get only one answer

      “Please wait, be positive, have patience, we will win ….. on next date”

      And yes I am agree with you that only Mr. Khosla has received his ENTIRE money by doing opposite of what we have been told.

      So if you are going to file an FIR count me in.

    Initially
    WP 383 was going to solve everything. Now, it only a civil matter.
    Nobody right now is saying clearly that it doesn’t cover all the
    panelists. Whoever is giving updates about court cases should stop
    giving their personal opinion. Mr. Ashok Bahirwani said he is in contact
    with company’s lawyers so instead of giving their personal opinion
    people should ask either Speakasia’s lawyers or AISPA lawyer before
    posting anything about court matters.

    I will say they should act responsibly and not to confuse panelists by providing half baked information and personal opinions. This is going to affect the livelihood of 20 lack panelists and their families.

      You are 100% correct Vihar saahab.
      Unfortunately the main purpose of this blog is to control the panelists as so they do not bother the upliners. Yo saw how two days back they posted false news and kept it there for 2 days.When I wrote,I was abused.
      Aispa uses words like “it is reliably learnt”. This statement it self says it all.
