The SLP 7509/7510 matter
In view of the Charge sheet filed in the Vijayawada matter, The SLP 7509/7510 in the Hon’ble Supreme Court has been disposed off. It has been clarified by the Supreme Court that the trial court should adjudicate the matter without taking into account the observations of the AP High Court.
