The Case against RBI is DISPOSED.

RBI has been given the time to aproove the business model of SAOL, with suitable changes , if he don’t find it proper.

It was not a case against the RBI, bt it was a writ to come over the definite conclusion over a matter which being pending since long back.

Case has been disposed off with a directives given to RBI to come over some concluding matter within a time frame of 8 weeks which was pending with RBI without any time frame.

8 week time frame imposed on RBI is a gain, within which mutually agreed SAOL business model will have to be approved, which may have some minor or major changes in model, depending on how SAOL get RBI convinced over his different aspects of his present business model .

It is positive as RBI is now time bound to approve / disapprove the business module of SAOL within 8 weeks and if it disapproves then it will have to give reasons as to which law of land is being obstructed by our business module. If it so happens SAOL can change the particular point of the business module and then the approval will be given

    Really upset in repeatedly hearing +ve and -ve news on payouts and restart of SOAL. Will it happen ? Please anybody from SAOL having authenticated news, please tell us when can we exactly get the money back. Even we are under construction of our house, we borrowed and invested in SAOL around 2 Lakhs (having full faith), apart from around 1.5 lacs thru my beloved friends (now they become enemy). Pl understand our position and I least request SAOL Authorities to do something to win this case and give us life please.

    Hope 8th august is the final, if no positive news comes from saol after tat, then we’ll have to give up hopes and demand our money back. this matter would have been just another supplementary struggle tat all MLM and direct selling orgs/associations in india faces at the beginning, it was only because of media and dozens of public forums and fake websites tat a year passed by sailing in the tides of hopes and dreams. To few ppl who keep shouting we will win blah blah-as if it is a cricket match for them, i earnestly request go and give motivational speeches in ashrams or b-schools you may earn a living. its our money and our time..don’t gamble with it.

    MY PREDICTIONS ARE COMING TRUE IT SEEMS

    Dear Speak Asians OUR WAIT for BUSINESS RESTART WILL BE A BIT LONGER.
    This is how matters will unfold in coming months for SAOL.
    • All cases except SC 383/2011 (repayment) will get disposed off between 02 Aug 2012 and 09 Aug 2012.
    • By 15 Aug 2012 EOW will hand over website to SAOL.

    • By 30 Aug 2012 Mediator to ascertain outstanding amount for those who
    have opted for EXIT option. (Data is ready with SAOL, by virtue of exit
    forms that have been filled up by some panelists) SAOL to deposit any
    extra amount with SC apart from 50 cr which has already been deposited.

    • We all will be asked to upload our ID proof and Address proof, E mail
    and mobile re-verification as part of authentication process.
    •
    SAOL will roll out NEW BUSINESS PLAN and EXIT PLAN. Panelist will now
    have to decide weather they want to EXIT to stay associated with SAOL.
    (Please Note : SAOL will give another chance to those who have opted for
    EXIT option, If they have changed there mind after going through NEW
    BUSINESS PLAN and now want to continue with SAOL)
    • Entire Sept 2012 and Oct 2012, SAOL will execute and pay those who have opted EXIT option.
    • Post this case number SC 383/2011 will get quashed.
    • November 2012,now SAOL will apply for PERMANENT ESTABLISHMENT
    • DECEMBER 2012 is the month WE ALL SPEAK ASIANS can expect SAOL to restart its normal business.

    why are these courts not able to take decision on rbi’s behalf, afterall a court is a court and all decisions made by courts are binding to the parties.I think nobody wants to settle the case they are just lingering on…………..

    how long we will be waiting to get our money? there is also a limit for everything.just wait till aug 10th friends,after that we all have to unite and do something to get our money back than waiting and watching or else they will pass the time till we forget.they r saying that another two month is a positive sign,atleast can come to a conclusion right? conclusion is wont start paying within two month.wen will we get our money back? i borrowed and joined,didnt earned anything and paying interest for that.many panelist r in same situation only.start paying soon.dnt make us wait for more time.

    hy frds just wait until augest 10 if u dont get any real practical movement from company side or any real solid trusted news from company side dont wait and dont be a fool we lost all the things that related to this company and through this because its sure that company cant start its business in india soon or we get a long time 4 waiting and may be then it started its business but at that time we will lose everything our money social status etc… may be our company is genuine and our country is corrupted otherwise vice versa any way we will suffer thats true so just wait untill 10 augest if u get a good sign go through it otherwise run from it dear frd ooo god this problem gave me so much pain problems and some good lessons for my life thanks 4 all bye frds am also with u frds till 10 augest 2012 gd luck frds

      u are right sanjeev ji, its not practical to keep up with more blindfolded expectations because the way they inspire us to wait for positive results have made us wait for more than a year, n its evident tat almost all speakasians waited for a gud news tat never came till date, n we all lost time n mental peace tat we could have devoted in our work or sumthing gud and productive.

    Still RBI takes time to study the business model after many months passed. It is just like back to square one. Everybody buys time. It is the worst scenario of the SAOL case because 8 weeks is a long period in this mean time just to study the business model only, then what will be the final answer nobody knows …

    dear speakasians, there is no update from aispa as of now. What are they doing? Still discussing the matter with the lawyer? Here panelists are fighting, arguing one another but aispa would have given a comment here sometime back itself. Always they come with a reply very late and its not good.

      dear madam, please dont think ispaar or uspaar for RBI. Probably you don’t know what rbi can do. Its solid 8 weeks time and they can plan so many hurdles for saol and if saol doesn’t accept them, then again go to sc and again battle it out there. Don’t underestimate rbi but saol can do so much, they are not doing.
