The order in WP/1523/2012 which is the Company Writ against the RBI was uploaded on the web site of the Hon’ble Bombay High Court.

Some clerical mistake whereby instead of 8 weeks that the RBI had asked for to take the decision it shows 8 days, I am sure the Company’s legal team and indeed the office of the Advocate General will move swiftly to get the erroneous order duly rectified.
