Todays writ 3611 in Mumbai High Court

Good Afternoon All

Today writ 3611 was heard in Mumbai High Court it is said that the hearing was short and brief…The judge reaction was a bit different as he was not willing to give the stay on investigation however our lawyer fought for the stay and hence the stay on investigation was granted…

High Court have ordered to bring the clarification for stay in investigation from SC and have given time till 6th September for it…However we can give clarification once writ 383 in SC is heard which is likely to get preponed hopefully before 6th Sep…

RBI meetings are lined up at the same time for the company approving the payment and banking transaction process for disbursement of money to all panelists this is the most important process for our business restart and payments which is scheduled on the list…we hope RBI does the meeting soon so everything shall get cleared for the company to start the process towards restart

And regarding SFIO report which has been submitted more details about it to come in next 24hrs time as per the report SFIO have mentioned few points on the legalities of our business for which the company have clarification which will not be any issue or problem for the company…

Seeking clarification from SC we are now expecting writ 383 to get preponed and based on the conclusion of writ 383 further clarifications on writ 3611 can be given…

We are waiting for the positive outcome of the RBI which shall be a major relief for all…and will enable the business and payments to start

Friends i know that everyone is going through a very much hard time facing the downlines and others for which we all are in the same boat…The company is all set to comeback…so please have some more patience and wait for the positive outcome which shall give all of us relief and i am sure once this burden is over then it will be the right time to celebrate together…

Looking forward with all to be united and positive till favorable time which is restart and payment that shall approach soon after the consent of RBI…RBI is the main authority for us and MCA to add on for business module

Not to worry friends its the time to control our emotions and feelings and face the challenges with great confidence and belief

    What happened on 06 02 2012 – 08 08 2012 16 08 2012 …. SC came up with a +ve decision in
    favour of panelists (and we all were expecting restart by mid march
    2012)…. since then it has been almost 6 months and SAOL did not march a
    single foot forward….except FAKE EXIT FORM…..

    Friends I have maintained from day 1 that SAOL is a FRAUD Company…..
    as stated earlier promoters of the co have left the country…. leaving
    behind a able legal team to fight for them till v all are frustrated and
    1 fine day give up. Couple of decisions in SAOL favour will only clear
    the road for EXIT payment….. however restart of business seems unlikely
    in near future…. AISPA is fighting for us so that we can get some of the
    invested money back…. even they r aware at the back of there mind that
    we dont have any company in the name of SAOL

    Even today we all are getting new dates inspite of cases reaching FINAL DISPOSAL stage. Worst part is our cases are not even heard and are postponed blindly . Our so called highly qualified legal team is incapable of issuing a statement to the satisfaction of 20 lakh panelists. Even on 31 08 2012 and 06 09 2012 and on 07 11 2012 we will get new date and v all will be waiting for that
    date…. its almost one and half year …. 500 days of emotional/mental fight is really
    a big thing for middle (common man) class people who has n number of
    things to deal with…. job / household / social life / professional life /
    upbringing of family / children / there education / financial condition
    … as a common man we cant afford to wait too long ……….. think for
    couple of minutes….. IS OUR WAIT WORTHWHILE …. why r we wasting our
    precious time for this FRAUD company …. if we have lost money …. its OK
    …. life has not come to a stand still …. we have to move on and On in
    life …. that’s how life is …….

    I think I am only person who thinks otherwise…. and talk ill about of
    SAOL…. but this is the fact …. if I am proved wrong I will be the
    happiest person this planet EARTH

    Supreme Court today has confirmed that WP383 date has been preponed to 24th August 2012. Request all to maintain peace & tranquillity as God is above all to punish the culprits. We all are Speakasians & we all are brothers & sisters. Now we hope no one intervenes to delay the matter.

Nothing is going to happen ………………………….you said the judge was not ready give more stay on investigation ,,,,,what does that mean …………….I knew this was all fixed, all set to buy more time,,,,,,,,, I will challenge Support group that we will not get a close date before 6th september and even if we get nothing will happen ………………….EOW will get permission to restart investigation and they will claim that the company has links with colibri and finally 1 more year will go , I’m damn sure about this fixing……………..The hearing did not happen on 8th August thats it……………………….why did it didnot happen………………..
