Just few minute ago I have discussed with my senior lawyer about what is intervention? please know the real facts given below:

AISPA site has posted wrong updates, the writ 383 has been preponed by
the consent of the management Singapore. First let us know what is
intervention.

In law,
intervention is a procedure to allow a nonparty, called intervenor (also
spelled intervener) to join ongoing litigation, either as a matter of
right or at the discretion of the court, without the permission of the
original litigants. The basic rationale for intervention is that a
judgment in a particular case may affect the rights of non parties, who
ideally should have the right to be heard.

It seems AISPA
advocates does not know the meaning of SC order dated 10th May, its a
ploy to extend the proceedings for AISPA interest.

IA was
admitted on 27th July by court hearing. Yesterdays hearing by advocates
of WP383 was done to preponed the WRIT 383, now the IA 14 is not
necessarily be heard on 24th, depends upon the judge…example of IA you
people might know in Mateen Hafiz case in MHC.

Mr Ashok
Baherwani is posting false updates to remain in high esteem amongst
masses. But sorry to say the people who are now his chamchas will disown
him once the SAOL restarts.

He is delaying the cases just to avoid the arrest by EOW, under the banner of WP383 is is avoiding his arrest.

The facts are different & AISPA will have no relevance after
restart of SAOL…but AISPA has something else in its mind to become NGO
& get funds…Shame on Ashok Bahirwani at this age please respect
the truth …you have done these things all your life now don’t fool 2
million people..May the truth prevail.

“भारतीय कंपनियाँ”:
हम में से कोई भी व्यक्ति मात्र 15000रु में ROC में अपनी कंपनी रजिस्टर
करवा के करोड़ों लूट के गायब हो सकता है, फिर नये शहर में नये नाम से नयी
कंपनी खोल के फिर वही लूट मचा सकता है, यहाँ कोई क़ानून नहीं है, अतः ऐसा
रोज़ होता है, लोगों को भी अब इस बात की आदत हो गयी है. भारत में अब तक
बाइनरी प्लान ही बने हैं… बाइनरी प्लान का मतलब है, शुरुआत के कुछ महीनों
तक कंपनी व उसके टॉप लीडरों को बहुत बड़ी इनकम पहुँचती है… बाद में जब
पैयर हिट बढ़ते हैं, और पेमेंट करने की बारी आती है तो कंपनियाँ, पैसा
खिलाकर अपना शटर डाउन करके भाग जाती हैं. यह कम बड़े सुनियोजित तरीके से
होता है… कुछ दिनों तक हंगामा होता है… फिर लोग भूल जाते हैं… उन
कंपनियों के मालिक पब्लिक के पैसों पे अकाध साल ऐश करते हैं… फिर दूसरे
शहर में नया बाइनरी प्लान नये नाम से शुरू होता है… “लूटमार” चालू आहे!!!

पिछले 12 सालों में हमारे देश में 2 लाख से भी ज्यादा बायनरी प्लान आये और चले गए. हालाँकि वे सभी भागने के लिए नहीं आये थे.

बायनरी प्लान में एक बहुत बड़ी कमी की वजह, उनको भागना पड़ा… वो है यह… “शुरुआत के कुछ महीनों तक कंपनी व उसके टॉप लीडरों को बहुत बड़ी इनकम पहुँचती है… बाद में जब पैयर हिट बढ़ते हैं, तो इनकम से ज्यादा देनदारी बढ़ जाती है, और इस मजबूरी में उनको भागना ही पड़ता है.

अब तक आये
इन 2लाख बायनरी प्लान में से कोई भी 5 प्लान ऐसे नहीं हैं जो 5 साल से
ज्यादा चले हों.. आप भी कोई 5 नाम नहीं गिना सकते… यह एक सच्चाई है.
