ABA 1083

Friends I have been absent from the fora for the past week due to marriage of my niece . I have now made aware of myself of the happenings of the past week. The order passed by Hon’ble Justice Joshi in ABA 1083 is actually a boon in disguise as it is factually incorrect and will be challenged by both the Aispa and Company and as every speakasian will vouch that doing survey is in no way connected...

We have been repeatedly advised by our seniors not to concentrate on any particular date but to follow the various cases as the judicial system is so complex that it is is better to take courage for whatever small progress that we make with each date . No magic is going to happen...
